Ambient music master and Grammy-nominated artist Steve Roach is back on our show, this time together with the very talented Serena Gabriel. Their collaboration is like a delicate and precious wildflower blooming in the sun of the Sonoran Desert. Its fragrance and nectar can awaken deep emotions and memories of the distant past, but also whisks us to appreciate the beauty of existence even in difficult circumstances.
Steve Roach has open portals of sound that no one can shut and paved the way for new generations of composers and producers. In recent years he started teaching and mentoring other musicians, evolving from a visionary independent artist into an elder in his field. Serena is one amazing discovery who learns and improves her work under Steve's guidance. Of course, she was already skilled and dedicated to her own path, but this musical meeting takes the creative process on a whole different level. We can experience their sound alchemy in 3 releases to date: `Inanna's Dream`, `Nectar Meditation`, and `Temple of the Melting Dawn`.
