Steve Hauschildt is an American electronic and ambient composer and producer, now based in Tbilisi, Georgia. He first came to wider attention as a member of the experimental trio Emeralds, before turning to a remarkable solo career. His music merges modular and granular synthesis, subtle sequencing, and a poetic balance between structure and drift. In this conversation, we’ll explore Steve’s journey from Emeralds to his solo projects and the new album AEROPSIA.
