Tim Wheater is an award-winning composer and multi-instrumentalist with a wealth of experience in multiple genres but who has remained deeply committed to sound healing work. In the early 80s, after a serious health incident, he embarked on an intimate journey that gave new meaning to his life. Since then, he began to discover the importance of resonance in tuning the body, mind, and soul, the key that can turn music into a very liberating, unifying experience.
A classically trained flutist and versatile performer, Tim has played with James Galway, outstanding ensembles led by Simon Rattle and Sir Adrian Bolt, Michael Hoppé, as well as the Eurythmics, Bronski Beat, and Banco de Gaia.
